|OVEN BAKED PARMESAN CHEESE|
1 c. crushed crackers (saltine)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 cube butter
2 tbsp. garlic powder (or 2 cloves crushed garlic)
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) fryer, skinned & cut up (or 4 breasts & 6 legs or whatever your family likes)
1. Melt butter in 9"x13" baking dish and add garlic.
2. Combine crackers, cheese, salt, pepper, seasoning, parsley (also 1/4 cup crushed almonds optional).
3. Dip chicken in garlic butter and coat in cracker mixture. Place meaty side up in baking dish.
4. Cook 1 hour in 425 degree oven or until chicken is crispy.
