BACON BISCUITS AND GRAVY 
1 pound bacon
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
dash of pepper

Cut bacon into squares. Fry bacon. Do not drain grease. Slowly add 1/4 cup flour, stirring as you gradually add flour.

Add 2 cups of milk a little at a time until desired consistency. Season to taste with black pepper. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat stirring occasionally.

Serve over biscuits.
