WORLD'S BEST CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. half and half
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat milk to boiling point. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Pour hot milk into blender; blend until smooth. Pour into individual serving containers; chill. Top with a dollop of whipping cream. Tastes like you worked all day!
