MIXED FRUIT JAM 
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. coarsely chopped peaches
1 c. coarsely chopped pears
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries, chopped
5 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Mix the juices, fruits, and sugar in a large heavy saucepan; let stand 1 hour. Bring to a full rolling boil and boil 1 minute.

Remove from heat and immediately blend in the pectin. Stir for 5 minutes. Ladle into hot sterilized jars and seal. Makes 6 (1/2 pint) jars of jam.
