CHICKEN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. cooked, shredded chicken
3 tbsp. butter
Flour to thicken
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
1 can peeled green chilies, chopped
2-3 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
Salt to taste

Place chicken in casserole dish. Melt butter in pan, add flour, milk and broth; blend well and bring to boil. Add corn and chilies, mix well and pour over chicken. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, uncover and spoon potatoes on top. Brush with melted butter and brown lightly in oven.
