BISQUICK VEGETABLE QUICHE 
8 oz. cut up cooked vegetables
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash of garlic powder
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch quiche/pie plate. Sprinkle vegetables and cheese in plate. Beat other ingredients until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
