SQUASH AND HAM CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. fresh squash or 2 pkg. frozen, cooked
1 c. cream
3 tbsp. onion
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. cheese
1 1/2 c. diced ham

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese. Save and put on top with 3/4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs. Then put 1/2 cup cheese on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
