CHIVES & SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-7 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
1/2 stick butter
Chives
3-4 heaping tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. or less sugar
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook potatoes on top of stove, for about 5 minutes, in salt water; drain. Put in casserole dish. Mix flour, sugar, milk and sour cream in blender until smooth. Pour over potatoes. Cut butter up and put over top. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chives. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbly on top.
