10 potatoes, peeled
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix (prepare according to directions)
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sharp cheese
8 strips bacon
Cube potatoes and cook in salted water until tender. Cook bacon crispy. Remove, drain, crumble and set aside. Take ranch dressing (already prepared) and add 1/2 to 1 cup more mayonnaise, then add grated cheese to mix. Drain potatoes well and pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Spread dressing mix on top of potatoes. Sprinkle bacon over top. Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.
