SWEET AND SPICY JERKY 
3 lbs. sliced meat strips
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/3 c. salt
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp. ground chilies

Mix ingredients and let set overnight in refrigerator. Put jerky strips in smoker for 12 hours, refilling the smoker with chips every 2 hours for the first 6 hours.
