PINEAPPLE FLOP CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 can crushed pineapple with juice

TOPPING:

1 can condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shredded coconut (opt.)
1/2 - 1 c. pecans (opt.)

Mix cake ingredients with spoon and bake in 9"x12"x2" pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (until golden). While cake is baking, cook topping in saucepan, stirring frequently until thick. Pour topping over hot cake.
