CHASU (Pork With Seeds) 
4 lb. pork tenderloin roast
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tbsp. molasses
4 tbsp. catsup
1 clove garlic, minced

Cut pork into 1 1/2 x 5 inch strips. Marinate in sauce ingredients for 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Baste frequently. Let stand a few minutes before slicing. Serve with Chinese hot mustard and sesame seeds.
