BLENDER CHEESECAKE 
18 oz. cream cheese
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Put into blender for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour into 10-inch greased glass pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes. Serve plain or with a favorite topping.
