LOW-SUGAR CANNED GRAPE JELLY 
12 oz. sugar free grape juice
20 packets Equal sweetener
1/2 pkg. Slim Set pectin
5 oz. water

Use 8 ounce canning jars with two piece lids and prepare according to directions.

Empty Equal packets into small bowl. Pour juice and water into large microwave safe pan. Add pectin; stir. Let stand 5-10 minutes.

Microwave on high stirring after 4 minutes, continue cooking until full boil is reached. Boil for one minute.

Remove from heat, add Equal and stir well. POur into hot jars. Fill to 1/4 inch from top. Adjust lids and rings. Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath. Remove jars immediately after processing. Jelly may be frozen before processing.
