CASSEROLE OF MACARONI AND CHEESE,
TOMATOES AND SAUSAGE
 
8 sausages
Cheese sauce
Skim milk (as needed)
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes (Del Monte original style with onions, celery and green peppers)
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook sausage and drain well on paper towels; cut into penny sizes. Cook and drain macaroni. Melt cheese in skim milk to make sauce. Mix sausages, macaroni and cheese, cheese sauce and tomatoes. Pour into large oven casserole. Sprinkle lightly with plain bread crumbs and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve with green vegetable and salad.
