MONGO BEANS WITH PORK 
2 1/2 c. water
2 c. mongo (mung) beans
1/4 lb. pork, cut into sm. pieces
3 cloves garlic, smashed
2 sm. tomatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tbsp. salt
20 bittermelon leaves

Boil water and cook mongo beans. When tender, drain water and set beans aside.

Saute pork with garlic. When pork is completely cooked, add tomatoes and onion. Add cooked mongo beans and salt.
