|OLD FASHIONED CARROT CAKE|
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Carrot 'N Spice cake mix
1 1/4 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
In large bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. By hand, stir in nuts, raisins, and drained pineapple. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until tests done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Helpful Hint: Most cakes when done will pull away from sides of pan.
