CHILI BOATS 
4 hot baked potatoes
1 (15 oz.) can chili - no beans, heated
4 slices (1 oz. each) Cheddar cheese
Sour cream (optional)

Split potatoes. Top each potato with chili and 1 cheese slice. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with a scoop of sour cream, if desired. Serve.
