JUDY'S HAMBURGER SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 boxes chopped spinach
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 small. can of mushrooms (drained)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozerella shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook meat, onions and garlic salt together, then drain. Cook spinach until tender, drain. Combine meat, spinach, soup, mushrooms and sour cream in a 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes. (Good to put in freezer.)

Hint: Use 2 small boxes of frozen spinach. Cook before you put in casserole.
