APPLE/PEACH PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 deep dish pie crusts
1 tsp. cinnamon
Butter
2 c. sliced, peeled apples
1 1/2 c. sliced peaches

Combine sugar, salt and flour. Add lemon juice, cinnamon and fruit. Mix thoroughly. Pile filling in crust. Dot with butter. Add top crust and seal around edges. Cut slits in top. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes.
