NO SALT, NO FAT VEGETABLE SOUP 
4 qt. water
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash garlic
3 packets low sodium
Beef broth & seasoning
4 oz. spaghetti
1 chopped green pepper
2 lg. onions, cut up
1 lg. potato, cut up
3 carrots, cut up
1 can red kidney beans
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
Frozen corn
Frozen green beans
Green cabbage

Bring water to boil in large pot. Add pepper, garlic and beef seasoning. Break spaghetti in half and boil until tender. Add in green pepper, onion, potato and carrots. Boil for 15 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Amount of corn, green beans and cabbage to taste. Simmer, covered on low heat for another 1 1/2 hours. Turn off heat and let sit for 2 hours to thicken. Stores in covered pot in refrigerator up to 1 week.
