BACON & EGG SOUFFLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried mustard
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. bacon, fried & broken into pieces

Brown bacon. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, mustard, then add cheese and bacon. Grease 8 x 8 inch pan and put bread cubes into pan. Add egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
