WINE AND CHEESE DRESSING 
1 clove garlic, minced & mashed
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sauterne wine
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 c. buttermilk

Put all ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process at high speed until smooth and creamy. Yield: 3 cups.
