CHEESE BURGER QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) crust/pie shell, baked
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground oregano
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger and onions (don't over cook). Drain well and set aside. In mixing bowl, beat the milk, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir in beaten eggs. Add meat mixture and cheese. Stir mixture well and pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean when inserted into the center part of quiche. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
