|SKI'S HOT WINGS|
1 - 10 lb bag of wings
1 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 tablespoon habanero powder
2 tablespoon cayenne powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 lb butter (optional)
Combine the vinegar, habanero, cayenne and sugar. Mix well to dissolve the sugar and to disperse the pepper.
If no pepper powder is available, then 1 to 2 teaspoon (s) of Daves Insanity sauce can be substituted. Transfer to large mixing bowl.
Cook wings (either on the grill or oven). Cook until golden brown and a little on the dry side.
Remove approximately 10 wings at a time and put them in the bowl, ensuring that the wing is well coated with the solution.
Place back on grill and repeat until all the wings are coated.
The second grill stage is needed to evaporate and remove the vinegar. To lessen the "heat", the butter can be used. Coat the wings/legs and return to grill to "set" the butter.
