CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat, browned
1 head of cabbage
Spaghetti sauce
Cheese, shredded
2/3 c. cooked rice

Butter 2 quart casserole. Shred cabbage in strips. Put cabbage in bottom. Put layer of browned ground meat, layer of rice, layer of tomato sauce, and layer of shredded cheese if desired. Layer to top of casserole. Top with cheese, if desired, last 20 minutes of cooking. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
