1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow butter cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding (dry)
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
Combine all ingredients, mixing with spoon only. Pour half the batter evenly into 2 greased bread pans, sprinkling half the topping mixture over batter, pour remaining batter evenly over topping. Sprinkle remaining topping mixture over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Mix all together.
