EASY GRAVY 
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. drippings
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Shake half of the milk with the flour, salt and pepper. Stir into drippings and add remainder of milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Then cook 2-3 minutes longer. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
