APPLETS AND COTLETS 
1 c. applesauce (or any flavor sauce)
1 lg. pkg. apple jello (or 2 pkgs. unflavored gelatin)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
Powdered sugar

Heat (apple) sauce to boiling and add jello and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add nuts. Pour into a buttered pan. When set, slice into bite-size pieces, rolling each piece generously in powdered sugar. Refrigerate when not eating.
