ORANGE TAPIOCA PUDDING SALAD 
1 pkg. orange or lemon tapioca pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. can mixed fruit cocktail
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. cream, whipped

Add pudding and 1 1/2 cups milk and boil. Cool. Drain the 3 cans of fruit and add to the pudding. Add marshmallows. Before serving stir in 1 cup cream, whipped. All but the whipping cream can be prepared the night before. (If you cannot buy orange or lemon tapioca pudding, use vanilla pudding and flavor with orange or lemon.)
