FLAT DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all with fork or hands. Roll out 1/2 inch and cut into 2 inch squares. Use in chicken soup in place of noodles or rice. Drop into boiling broth. Cook 10 minutes.
