1 (8 oz.) crescent roll
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni, sliced thin
Pizza or spaghetti sauce, if desired
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal. Place 8 pepperoni slices on each rectangle. Sprinkle with cheese.
Start at shortest side, tightly roll up each rectangle; pinch to seal. Cut each roll into 4 slices. Pinch dough together on one side to seal. Place sealed side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with sauce if desired.
