6 c. (2 lbs.) peeled, quartered potatoes
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
In 3 quart saucepan, combine potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Mash potatoes, gradually stirring in salad dressing, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper until light and fluffy. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated or cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered at 350 degrees 1 hour or until thoroughly heated. 6 servings.
To Freeze: Prepare recipe as directed except for baking. Wrap securely and freeze. When ready to serve, thaw, bake, uncovered at 350 degrees 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.
