BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lbs.) broiler-fryer (chicken pieces)
3/4 c. Miracle Whip or Kraft mayonnaise
1 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
Dash salt
Dash pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Brush chicken with mayonnaise; coat with cheese-crumb mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place coated chicken in 9x13 baking dish. Bake 1 hour or until tender. Yield 3-4 servings (can make ahead).
