SPEEDY ROLL DOUGH 
2 c. warm water or 1 1/2 c. scalded milk and 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tbsp. salt
6 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. shortening

Combine water, sugar, yeast, stir well until dissolved. Add salt and 2 cups flour; beat 2 minutes with mixer or beater. Add eggs and shortening, beat 1 minute.

Work in remaining flour. Cover and let rest 20 minutes. Shape as desired.
