"BIG" GOURMET CHICKEN BREASTS 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. cooking sherry (optional)
Paprika

Place 4 large chicken breasts (skin side up) in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Combine can of mushroom soup and mushrooms with liquid, sour cream and cooking sherry. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tender. Serve with fluffy rice.
