WISCONSIN HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. macaroni
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta

Brown hamburger, then add onions and peppers. Cook about 5 minutes. Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain noodles. Mix with hamburger mixture, discarding as much of the fat as possible. Place in a greased baking dish and top with slices of the Velveeta. Cook for about 30 minutes.
