TINY DARLING MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil

SAUCE:

1/4 c. A-1 sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. sour cream

Combine meat, eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings; mix well. Shape into tiny meatballs and saute in oil in skillet until browned and cooked throughout. Set into chafing dish.

In a saucepan, combine A-1 sauce, ketchup, sugar and butter. Heat over low flame for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Mix gently. Pour sauce over meatballs and serve. Makes 30 meatballs.
