NO-BAKE HUCKLEBERRY PIE 
1 c. huckleberries
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cooked pie shell

Cook to boiling and let boil until thickened. Fold in enough huckleberries to fill pie shell. You can use frozen huckleberries, substitute drained juice for water.
