Club crackers (not saltines)
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. diced pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9"x12" pan with foil that has been sprayed with Pam. Line pan with Club crackers.
Mix 1 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar and boil for 5 minutes in a heavy pan, stirring constantly.
Pour over crackers. Put in oven for 3 to 5 minutes until crackers float. Sprinkle with 12 ounce package of milk chocolate chips or semi sweet. Spread with knife when melted and sprinkle with 1 cup diced pecans. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
