CHICKEN SUMI SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Top Ramen
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 c. shredded cooked chicken

Remove flavor packet from Ramen and reserve for dressing. Crush Ramen noodles in 1/2 inch pieces and set aside.

Toss together cabbage, green onions, almonds, sesame seeds and chicken. Add noodles and toss again. Just before serving, add dressing and toss.

CHICKEN SUMI SALAD DRESSING:

Flavor packet from Ramen
1/2 oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper

Mix together with a wire whisk.
