1 box graham crackers
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. whipped topping
Mix pudding with milk. Let stand 15 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Line 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 1 layer of graham crackers. Cover with 1/2 of pudding mixture. Add another layer of crackers. Cover with remaining pudding. Top with another layer of crackers.
Topping: Mix 1/2 box of confectioners' sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa and 1/3 stick butter. Spread over last layer of crackers. Chill overnight before serving.
