TUNA FISH CROQUETTES 
7 oz. can tuna
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
5-6 crackers
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Put can of tuna in a bowl and beat it up. Beat in egg. Add chopped up onions and rounded tablespoon flour or enough to let tuna stick together. Stir it all together. Crumb the crackers and mix in the bowl with the other ingredients.

Roll in oval shapes for each and fry in hot oil until golden brown on one side. Turn the croquettes over and fry until the other side is golden brown.
