SOUR CREAM & CHEESE SAUCE 
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
3/4 c. butter, softened
2 tbsp. chopped green onion tops or chopped chives
3/4 tsp. salt

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk to blend. Spoon into a 5 cup container with a tight fitting lid. Attach lid. Label containers with date and contents. Store in refrigerator. Use within 2 weeks. Makes about 5 cups.

Try over your favorite cooked vegetables and potatoes.
