HOMEMADE HEATH BAR 
1 lb. real butter
2 c. light brown sugar
Chocolate bar
Crushed pecans

Large cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. In heavy pan, melt 1 pound of real butter. Add 2 cups of light brown sugar. Cook on medium high heat until your candy thermometer reads exactly 300 degrees (stirring at all times). When done, pour onto cookie sheet. The put chocolate on top while still hot, to melt. Then spread with knife. Add crushed pecans to top and let set till hard, then crack.
