BREAKFAST AMBROSIA 
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 red apple, unpeeled and sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 pear, unpeeled and diced
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 c. plain yogurt

Add fruits and coconut. Toss gently to coat, then chill. When ready to serve, fold in yogurt. Serves 4.
