BLUEBERRY CHESS PIE 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. fresh blueberries
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Cream together sugar, butter and salt until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, cornstarch, vinegar and vanilla; mix until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Pour in pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35 to 40 minutes more. A delicious and different blueberry pie!
