SHRIMP BISCUITS 
1 lb. sm. frozen shrimp
1 tsp. chopped onion
4 oz. or 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. Pop 'n Fresh flaky biscuits
1 can water chestnuts

Separate biscuits in half and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients together (you can chop up shrimp or leave whole). Spread on biscuits. Top with water chestnuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
