1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestle butterscotch morsels
1 (5 oz.) can La Choy chow mein noodles
Butter cookie sheet. Melt entire package of butterscotch morsels in saucepan. Pour in can of Chinese noodles. Stir contents of pot until all noodles are covered. Scoop out tablespoons of mixture and place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Place in freezer until cookies harden. Remove from sheet after about 1 1/2 hours. Makes approximately 30 cookies.
