OLD - FASHIONED SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices. Toss with flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Arrange in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour milk over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes at 325 degrees.
